Yeah this isn't going to happen

you ask for :

so I NEED a way to send an email, HTML format, LotusScript Format anything that will have a button that will EXECUTE ( not ask for save and then need to locate the files localy on the pc. I mean really EXECUTE, not to insult anyone... but end users are pretty dumb in the organisation i work ... ) the same way :

This is not going to happen, because browser security won't allow it. Can you imagine the security risks if browsers allowed this? You could visit a website that forwarded all your personal files, deleted your hard drive contents etc.

IE will let you launch a script with OLE automation, but you're going to get prompts and it won't work with any other browsers.
